Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale page of CONTACT VTC AB, your private driver in Nice and on the Côte d'Azur. These T&Cs apply to all VTC services provided from Nice and its surrounding area (Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton, Grasse, Saint-Tropez and neighbouring areas). Any booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. VTC Services
CONTACT VTC AB offers a private VTC driver service in Nice by reservation only. Our services include: Nice Côte d'Azur Airport transfers, Nice SNCF railway station transfers, long-distance journeys, business travel, tourism, chauffeur-on-demand hire and events along the Côte d'Azur.
Included in the price:
- Professional private chauffeur
- Professional liability insurance
- Fuel
- Vehicle maintenance
- Mileage and duration as quoted
- Luggage handling
Not included:
- Tolls, parking fees, and site entry charges
- Waiting time beyond 5 min: €1/min
- Additional kilometres or hours
3. Routes & Rates
Fares are calculated based on the route (Google Maps / Waze), journey time and any selected options. Any unit started (km or hour) is charged in full.
4. Booking
All requests are made by phone, e-mail or message. A booking is confirmed once the quote has been accepted with a signed 'Agreed' approval.
5. Payment
- Payment by card or cash to the driver
- Acompte de 50% pour prestations > 100€
- The service is due as soon as it has begun
- Late payment penalties: 1.5× the legal rate
6. Cancellation
- >48h in advance: 20% cancellation fee
- 24–48h in advance: 30% cancellation fee
- Same day: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation by CONTACT VTC AB: full refund
7. On-Board Rules
Seatbelts must be worn at all times – smoking, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited – please treat your driver with respect – pets in carriers only.
8. Luggage
Limit: 25kg per passenger. No luggage on the rear parcel shelf. The driver is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
9. Personal Data (GDPR)
Customer data is used solely for invoicing and booking management. To exercise your right of access or deletion: abcontactvtc@gmail.com. No data is ever sold to third parties.
10. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted within 8 days to: abcontactvtc@gmail.com or by post to Nice (06000).
11. Force Majeure
No liability is accepted in the event of circumstances beyond our control (accident, strike, severe weather, etc.).
12. Last-Minute Changes
Changes made within 2 hours of departure: €10 surcharge.
13. Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to French law – Competent court: Nice (06).
