Cagnes-sur-Mer with a baby seat
There are two Cagnes: the seafront and the hilltop village. Only one of them can be reached by car, and that changes everything with a pram.

Le Cros and the seafront are flat and easy. Haut-de-Cagnes, the hilltop village, is another story: the lanes are pedestrian, and the automatic car park at the entrance has a weight limit, so a loaded van cannot use it. The practical answer is to drop you at the entrance and let the free shuttle take you up, or to walk the last few minutes.
From Nice airport it is twenty minutes outside peak hours, and the station of Cagnes-sur-Mer is a five-minute drive from the seafront.
